Overview
At Aryaminer, we strive to ensure every customer receives authentic and fully tested equipment. This Return & Refund Policy explains our rules regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges. By making a purchase from Aryaminer, you agree to this policy.
1. All Sales Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except as required by applicable law (for example, if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described at the time of delivery to the carrier).
2. Pre-Shipment Testing
All devices (new and used) are fully tested at Aryaminer’s office before shipping to ensure they are in working condition. Upon customer request, a test video can be provided prior to shipping.
3. Manufacturer Warranty (New Devices)
All new devices sold by Aryaminer include the original manufacturer’s warranty (e.g., Bitmain, MicroBT). Any warranty claims for new devices are handled under the manufacturer’s policies. Aryaminer will help facilitate the process, but the final decision rests with the manufacturer.
4. Used Devices – Test Options
- Office Testing: The device can be tested in our Dubai office prior to shipment.
- Video Testing: We can provide a test video showing the device working before shipping.
- Limited Test Period: A limited test period (typically 7 days from first power-on) may be agreed upon and stated on the invoice.
This limited test period applies only if the device is received in the same condition as shipped and has not been damaged during shipping or mishandled after delivery.
5. Risk of Loss During Shipping
Once a product leaves Aryaminer’s facility and is handed over to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss or damage pass to you. Aryaminer is not responsible for damage, malfunction, or loss occurring during transit or after delivery. Customers may choose to arrange or request shipment insurance at their own cost.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items (Prior to Shipping)
If you believe an item was defective or incorrect before shipment, you must notify Aryaminer within [X days] of delivery, with supporting evidence such as photos or video. We will investigate and work with you on a resolution in accordance with applicable law and the manufacturer’s policies.
